The convectors and heating walls manufactured by VOGEL&NOOT meet numerous internationally recognised quality standards and the manufacturing processes at all of the production sites have been ISO certified.

Connection modes - double-pipe operation

It is easy to set the precise values required without using any special tools (see drawings).

VSV-M double-pipe operation

 

The radiator will be delivered with a fitted protective cap. After removing the protective cap (item A), the following thermostat heads can be installed directly onto the built-in valve (item B): „RA 2000“, or „RAW“ from Danfoss, „VK“ from Heimeier, „D“ from Herz, „thera DA“ from MNG, and „UNI XD“ from Oventrop.

Adjustment tips:
• Remove protective cap and sensor
• Lift the adjusting ring and turn it anti-clockwise, to the setting
   required – the set value (1, 2, ...7, N) needs to be directly in line with the marker.
• Presetting is possible in steps of 0.5 between 1 and 7. The „N“setting, cancels all presetting.

 

Connection modes - single-pipe operation

For VHV-M models no valve default setting is necessary, as the valve is delivered factory-adjusted (default setting "N").

VSV-M single-pipe operation

 

The radiator valve (VHV-M models) and the connection set (VSV-M models) will both be delivered with a fitted protective cap. After removing the protective cap (item A), the following thermostat heads can be installed directly onto the built-in valve (item B): „RA 2000“, or „RAW“ from Danfoss, „VK“ from Heimeier, „D“ from Herz, „thera DA“ from MNG, and „UNI XD“ from Oventrop.

Please note:
When fitting the single-pipe operation connection set, ensure that the circulation retarder is installed in the water return.

CE Marking and Declaration of Performance (DoP)

The European Union Construction Products Regulation requires that building products, including the radiators and the convectors without an integrated heat source, must be CE-marked in accordance with relevant harmonized product standards EN 442 and the Declaration of Performance (DoP). The CE marking means that each product meets the manufacturing process requirements of the product according to the provisions of manufacture, testing and delivery. The regulation came into force on July 1st, 2013.

Rettig ICC products are CE-marked and the Declaration of Performance of Rettig ICC and its reference documents, Annexes D and Annexes M describing the detailed performance of the products, are available according to the Construction Products Regulation.  See the current DoP of RICC attached and the linked document files.
