Technical information

The single-walled liner pipe UNITEC made of stainless steel consists of the top-quality stainless-steel material 1.4571/1.4404. It is sufficiently resistant against condensates developing by burning oil, gas or solid fuel. Up to a diameter of 0.6 mm, the wall thickness is 0.6 mm.  From a diameter of 300 mm onwards, the wall thickness is 1.0 mm because of stability reasons. Inside the pipe (flue gas tract), there are no parts that have been made by either spot welding or resistance seam welding in order to prevent crevice corrosion on welding points that are not passivatable.
