Grid mat system

The component parts are not only perfectly co-ordinated and highly sophisticated, and DIN-certified, the production process is also constantly monitored. Thus they represent the best solution for every kind of application. Whatever the area of application, the components are designed so that their fit is technically perfect and so as to guarantee that the system’s installation and functioning are exactly right and meets all the appropriate standards. Here, a grid mat is put over the covering sheet; then the tubing is fixed onto it by so-called grid-mat clips. Real assets are the highly innovative technique to use a grid mat for the installation, and that the grid mat is available with two rasters: 100 x 100 mm, and 150 x 150 mm. Thus, all current installation distances (100, 150, 200, 300 mm) are feasible.  Here too, pipes whose top quality is constantly being verified are used. They are available in size 16x2 mm, 17x2mm (in alloy), and crosslinked (Pe-Xa) in size 17x2mm only.
